Vancouver public art. Thor Erling Sunde is a Vancouver-based sculptor who was born in Manitoba and moved to Victoria in 1988, where he attended Camosun College before graduating from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in 1993 following a sculpture apprenticeship in Japan.
