Vancouver public art. Sequilem (Stan Joseph Sr.) is a Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish Nation) elder and master carver based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, who began carving at the age of twelve and has worked alongside prominent Indigenous artists including Bill Reid and Tony Hunt.
