Vancouver public art. Rick Jennens was a Kelowna, British Columbia resident and longtime paid-on-call firefighter who collaborated with sculptor Shawn O'Reilly on the public monument Tradition of Service, unveiled in 2011 in front of the Kelowna Fire Station on Enterprise Way.
