Vancouver public art. Brandon Gabriel (Kwelexwelsten) is a Coast Salish artist of the Kwantlen First Nation, born and raised on the Kwantlen reserve in Fort Langley, British Columbia, and a graduate of Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
